Customer question on why they did not get hired for the job they wanted and were qualified.
I am working as a software engineer for an IT firm. I have an experience of 4 yrs in the software industry. Recently I had gone for an interview where I answered 95% of the questions correctly and confidently.
But I didnt get the job and I don’t think she liked me.

Just being well-qualified for a job is NOT enough reason to get hired for it. Employers are looking for well-rounded individuals who they believe will not only do a good job, but will fit in well with their existing staff and corporate culture – plus many other factors.
I doubt she did not like you because she hardly had any time to get to know you. That’s the problem with interview – you have such a short time to show how great you are and for some of us, that’s not enough time.
You probably are perfect for the job, but you didn’t use the right interview language and did not answer the questions the way your interviewer would have preferred.
