Interview techniques for employers and questions they can ask candidates

I am a new Director of Employment and I intend to incorporate your
techniques into the training module for my employment specialist. Do
you have any publications for the new interviewer from a employer
vantage point that would be helpful in training my employees?

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for writing in. I’m sorry, but I don’t have any material that is
designed for employers and I focus all my efforts on helping job seekers
learn how to impress interviewers. Though, some of my past customers
who have purchased The Complete Interview Answer Guide from
www.jobinterviewtools.com said their interviewers were so impressed with
them, they asked how they prepared for their interview.

After they got the job, one woman gave her book to her boss and he began
incorporating my interviewing techniques into his interviews.

I never had planned on this – it’s kind of like my secret interviewing
guide is in the hands of the enemy. I was an interviewer too, so I can
say that, but I believe he really saw the advantage in understanding the
types of interview responses he should be expecting, plus the guide
gives him 129 different questions he can ask candidates.
