Have a third interview so what can you say to win them over?
Making to the third interview is no easy accomplishment these days.
They already see something in you that they like, or you would have not made it this far.
When you get to this level, don’t change your strategy because it’s gotten you this far. What ever you have been doing — keep doing it because it’s working.
But what you will want to do is further prove to them that you are the best person for the job and you do this by telling them about your past experiences and accomplishments and how they relate to this job. Connect the dots for them. Don’t expect them to figure everything out for themselves. You’ve got to spoon feed it to them.
Now if you were an expert baker and applying for an management job in the automotive industry, telling them stories about your days as a baker isn’t what they want to hear. You want to tell them how you successfully managed people and projects and how you got things done.
Do this and you’re much more likely to land the job.
