What can I say when they ask me to tell them something that is negative about me?

Hi Kimberly,

The way to answer this question is to turn that negative into a positive. Never reveal something truly negative about yourself. Never! You could say something like, “I pay close attention to details which does result in a higher quality of work and saves additional time down the road, though it does take more time up front and sometimes overtime.”
This turns a negative into a positive. Start looking in this direction and you’ll find even more ways to answer questions like this.

In The Complete Interview Answer Guide from from job interview tools.com, I show you how to answer all kinds of questions like this.

Best,

Don
